It is characterized by the flavor and umami of dried sardines and dried shrimp.
And 76.3g of protein in 100g of Grilous powder!
It is also rich in biotin, folic acid, zinc, iron and calcium.
You can add a little to your usual dishes to replenish nutrients easily and deliciously.
"Cream stew" is a stewed dish, but it is an eco-friendly menu that minimizes heating energy by heating vegetables in a microwave oven.
Also, carrots and potatoes are also a recipe to eat whole without throwing away the skin.
When simmering the stew, the bottom of the pot can easily burn, so be careful with the heat and stir occasionally.
Why Cricket?
The protein crisis that will occur in the future and the food loss problem that is currently occurring mainly in developed countries. In order to solve both of these problems, Grilas grows edible crickets using food waste as food.
