Actually, it is a dish that originated in Japan.

It is characterized by its thick texture, rich flavor of milk, and umami from meat and vegetables.
This time, we have created a recipe that allows you to enjoy the stew with the umami derived from protein-rich crickets without using meat.

Because you can eat deliciously until the end without feeling the crickets,
The recipe is easy to try even for beginners.


  • (for 4 people)
  • Gryllus extract
    3 tablespoons
  • potatoes (cut into quarters)
  • Onion (cut into wedges)
  • carrot (chopped)
  • extra virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons
  • Brussels sprouts (underboiled)
    8 pieces
  • cake flour
    3 tablespoons
  • Milk [A]
  • lukewarm water [A]
  • Consomme mix (granules) [A]
    moderate amount
  • pepper
    moderate amount
  • bucket
    moderate amount

How to make

  • Mix the grilus powder and cake flour together.
  • Put potatoes and carrots in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap and heat at 600W for 6 minutes.
  • Add olive oil and onion to a pan and sauté.
  • Add ② and stir fry until the oil is familiar with the whole.
  • When the oil is familiar with the vegetables, turn off the heat, add ① and mix the whole
  • Over medium heat, add [A] and grilus extract and simmer.
  • Stir halfway through so that the bottom of the pan does not burn, and when the potatoes and carrots are soft, add the brussels sprouts and mix.

The grilas powder used this time is a product made by pulverizing domestically produced Futahoshi crickets using a unique manufacturing method.
