Tsukimi soba is hot soba noodles topped with a raw egg.
It seems that the yolk of the egg is likened to the moon floating in the night sky, so it came to be called tsukimi soba.

This time, we seasoned with only the extract extracted from domestic Futahoshi crickets.
You can enjoy the mellow flavor of the soup stock, which is characterized by the umami of seafood.

How to make
