So crickets!

Insects are attracting attention as a new protein source. Among them, crickets are especially attracting attention.
This time, we used grilus powder and grilus extract, which are made by processing domestically produced Futahoshi crickets using a unique method.
Grilus powder contains about 76% protein per 100g, so you can easily take in protein just by adding a little to your daily cooking.
The point of cooking this time is the preparation of soy meat.
Since soy meat has an odor, it is important to carefully prepare it according to the instructions on the package of the product used to eat it deliciously.
If you return a large amount of soy meat at once, season it, and store it in the freezer, you can simply defrost it when you want to use it, making cooking very easy.
Why Cricket?
The protein crisis that will occur in the future and the food loss problem that is currently occurring mainly in developed countries. In order to solve both of these problems, Grilas grows edible crickets using food waste as food.
