This time, we would like to introduce the standard dish for celebrating Hinamatsuri, "chirashizushi"!
"Chirashi sushi" that uses colorful ingredients to brighten up the Hinamatsuri dining table.
This time, I used grilus extract powder for the sweet and spicy shiitake mushrooms and kinshi tamago.

How to make

- Put (B) in a pot and when it boils, add (A) and simmer until the liquid is gone.

- Make Kinshi Tamago. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the grilus powder, mix, make a thin egg in a frying pan, and cut into small pieces.

- Add the drained ① to the vinegared rice and mix gently.

- Arrange ③ on a plate, and top with Kinshi tamago, cherry starch, shrimp, and rape blossoms.
