This time, we will introduce taco rice that uses the seasoning liquid "Grilas extract" extracted from Futahoshi crickets!
When I read about taco rice on Wikipedia, it was explained as "Okinawan cuisine with rice topped with taco ingredients, a Mexican-style American dish."
Please enjoy the Okinawan version of Mexican-style American cuisine, enhanced with the extract of crickets grown in Tokushima.

- Salad oil
- 1 tablespoon

How to make
- Add minced meat, 1 tablespoon of grilus extract, and pepper in a bowl and mix lightly.
- Put salad oil in a frying pan and heat it.
- When one side of the mixed minced meat is browned, turn it over and lightly loosen it while adding (★) and mix well.
- Place the rice on a plate, and add the lettuce, ③, cheese, and tomato.
Taco rice with a strong oyster-like umami derived from extract added to the taste of minced meat. Grilous extract is a seasoning that has enough saltiness and aroma, so it adds color to the delicious brunch with curry powder as an accent.
When cooking, be careful not to loosen the meat too much and make it crumbly. By grilling the surface of the meat while it is still lumpy, the umami of the meat extract will stand out even more!
