So crickets!

Grilous powder made by pulverizing domestically produced Futahoshi crickets using a unique method.
It has a characteristic grain-like scent derived from food waste, including wheat bran, which is the food of crickets.
So it is very compatible with cookies and pancakes using wheat flour.
Taking advantage of this feature, we have created a recipe that is easy to eat even for first-timers.

The powdered sugar used this time can also be mixed with matcha powder and kinako powder for a delicious arrangement. Please enjoy it with your favorite taste.

Why Cricket?

The protein crisis that will occur in the future and the food loss problem that is currently occurring mainly in developed countries. In order to solve both of these problems, Grilas grows edible crickets using food waste as food.
